Return & Refund Policy – Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging.
Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Proof of purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at team@destelayr.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you must first contact us for authorization.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
