Lost Package Policy
At DESTELAYR LLC, we work with reliable shipping carriers and always provide a tracking number for every order. However, in rare cases, a package may be lost during transit.
If your order shows as “delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend checking with family members, neighbors, or your building’s reception area. In some cases, carriers may mark a package as delivered before it is physically dropped off, so we suggest waiting 24 to 48 hours. You may also contact the shipping carrier directly (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) to initiate an investigation.

In cases where the carrier marks an order as “delivered” but it has not been physically received, DESTELAYR cannot guarantee refunds or replacements unless the investigation officially confirms that the package was lost.
